In simple terms, this course is the best way to make you a great Project Manager. We began having Business Analysts (BA) and Project Managers (PM) at Odoo around 10 years ago. For about 7 of those 10 years, we operated with a startup mentality, collaborating and learning as we grew. Our intentions were good, but our approach needed more structure and efficiency to sustain things in the long run.We needed a proper training or onboarding system. After a lengthy trial and error, we finally created our internal onboarding program. This process is now the onboarding process that all Odoo BAs and PMs go through during their first 10 weeks at Odoo. No exceptions.

We are constantly reviewing and improving our onboarding process, as we do with our software. Over the years, it has been thoroughly tested, and if you observe the results achieved thus far and the speed at which newcomers can be assigned to projects it is safe to say we've done a pretty good job.
